Centered Under Pressure
A Men’s Practice for Safety, Dignity, and Belonging
What happens to you when pressure hits?
When life gets intense, many men lose contact with their center. We collapse, attack, control, numb out, or disappear. We may know the kind of man we want to be, but under pressure, old patterns can take over and pull us away from our values, our dignity, and our deeper truth.
Centered Under Pressure is a men’s workshop for practicing safety, dignity, and belonging in the moments that test us most. Through mindfulness, group exercises, and radical honesty, we will explore what happens to us when the pressure rises in relationships, work, fatherhood, recovery, conflict, and everyday life.
Together, we will practice returning to our center of power and train the capacity to stay grounded, connected, and present when life gets intense.
Workshop is donation-based. See flyer for details.
